Accessibility Statement

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Ongoing measures include:

• Semantic HTML landmarks and a single main heading per page.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels on all form fields.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, buttons, and dialogs with visible focus indicators.
• Color contrast targets that meet AA for body and interface text.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and mobile screen readers.

The tailgate takes place on residential lots on Melrose Court. Surfaces include pavement and grass, which may be uneven or soft after rain. We can arrange accessible drop-off guidance, a reserved seating area, and staff assistance at the gate with advance notice.

Email support@fluxx-events.com at least 72 hours before a game with your name, the game date, and the accommodation you need. We respond to accommodation requests as quickly as possible.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site or at the event, tell us what you were trying to do, the page or location, and the device or assistive technology you used. We treat these reports as priority fixes and will offer an alternate way to complete your purchase in the meantime, including completing an order by email or phone.

Some third-party components, such as the embedded map and the Stripe checkout page, are controlled by their providers. Where those experiences fall short, contact us and we will assist you directly.
