A reservation on the Melrose Court lots is a rental of private property space only. It is not a ticket, pass, or admission to any University of Iowa, Big Ten, NCAA, or other event. You are responsible for arranging your own admission to any game or surrounding activities.

Fluxx Events LLC, the Melrose Court tailgate spaces, and this website are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with the University of Iowa, the Big Ten Conference, the NCAA, or any other team, league, or institution. Any references to game schedules, teams, or trademarks are for informational and scheduling purposes only.

Tailgating and outdoor game-day activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to weather, traffic, pedestrian congestion, uneven surfaces, fire, grilling equipment, alcohol consumption, and the actions of other guests. You voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, property damage, loss, or death that may occur before, during, or after your use of the space.

No alcohol is sold, served, or provided by Fluxx Events LLC or the property owner. Guests who choose to consume alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and do so at their own risk and responsibility. The host is responsible for the conduct of their invited guests and for ensuring all alcohol consumption complies with applicable law.

Nothing is sold or given away on the lots by Fluxx Events LLC. Hosts may not charge guests for food, beverages, parking, or any other item or service without prior written approval.

We make reasonable efforts to keep schedules, pricing, maps, and descriptions accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current. All information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluxx Events LLC, its members, agents, and property partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or the Melrose Court lots, except where such limitation is prohibited by law or results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
