• Reservation information: host name, date of birth (to confirm 21+), email address, phone number, and optional group name and group size.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Opt-in information: name and phone number submitted through our game day updates signup.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/user-agent, referring page, and the pages you visit, used for security, rate limiting, and basic analytics.

• To deliver your reservation confirmation and your space assignment and lot map.
• To send game day logistics, schedule changes, and weather or safety notices.
• To send marketing messages only where you have opted in (see our SMS terms).
• To prevent fraud and abuse of our forms and APIs.

We share data only with service providers that make the lots work: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (reservation and space assignment emails), our SMS provider (opt-in messages), and our hosting/database provider. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect safety.

We keep reservation records as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@fluxx-events.com. Deletion requests that would cancel an upcoming space reservation will be confirmed with you first.

You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any message, and stop SMS by replying STOP.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled databases with row-level security, and rate limiting on public endpoints. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

We will respond as quickly as possible and provide an alternate way to complete your reservation if needed.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
