• Purchase information: name, email address, and phone number provided at checkout.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Opt-in information: name and phone number submitted through our gameday-updates signup.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/user-agent, referring page, and the pages you visit, used for security, rate limiting, and basic analytics.

• To deliver your ticket, QR code, and order confirmation.
• To send gameday logistics, schedule changes, and weather or safety notices.
• To send marketing messages only where you have opted in (see our SMS terms).
• To prevent fraud, ticket duplication, and abuse of our forms and APIs.

We share data only with service providers that make the event work: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (ticket and confirmation emails), our SMS provider (opt-in messages), and our hosting/database provider. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of attendees.

We keep purchase records as long as needed for accounting, ticket validation, and legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@fluxx-events.com. Deletion requests that would invalidate an unused ticket will be confirmed with you first.

You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any message, and stop SMS by replying STOP.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled databases with row-level security, and rate limiting on public endpoints. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
